This project is a high rise development competition project. The idea is to design a building with green developments. The building will consist of a ground level retail development and 2 mixed-use towers. It will consist residential apartments and a luxury hotel with sky terraces and infinity pools. the main focus of the project is to develop a concept and the exterior design studies of the building.
