This project entails designing a bungalow for a private developer, where we adopted a minimalist design approach. Our aim was to create a house that maximizes natural light and provides the necessary spatial accommodations, while also focusing on classical architectural elements. Additionally, we incorporated landscape features around the property and on the terrace to enhance site balance. Moreover, we ensured practicality by including a parking space and a fountain near the entrance of the house.
