This project centers on the renovation of the facade and extension of the rear, aiming to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building from the front while creating a newly revitalized rear space. The rear extension features a wrap-around roof structure, cleverly integrating storage, washroom, and shower areas. This innovative design merges two distinct areas, culminating in a captivating green buffer alley leading to the rear side of the site.
