This project is about the new masterplan development in Kilizay district in Nicosia City in Cyprus. The design provides the tropical environment with a cultural center, public parks, leisure areas and museums. The area is designed with the idea of green architecture and tropical design concept, which is intended to provide sustainable areas and reduce the air pollution providing the clean air zone.
