Adnan Ulunay Ikiz is a private residential project in the capital city of Nicosia in Cyprus. The clients were two twin brothers who wanted to have joint/twin family house yet maintaining their family’s privacy. The main idea of the project is to design a duplex unit with contemporary design approach and materials. One half of the unit is designed slightly larger with an additional floor responding to the fact that one of the brother had a slightly bigger family.
